Thank you for taking an interest in my service. My name is Jim Marsh, I've been working with Featherlite Vantare luxury coaches for over 15 years and specialize in the maintenance methods used to maintain them.
I have taken a personal commitment to being there when you need help with your coach. My experience comes from building 
over 300coaches in manufacturing, 5 years in quality control, and 7 years in warranty administration, customer service and being on the 24/7 technical support hotline for Featherlite Coaches in Florida. I have certified training in HWH hydraulic slide out systems, and specialized training on Prevost
chassis and electrical systems. You know how frustrating it can be when you are on the road and all of a sudden your slide out room won't come in, the aqua hot water heater stopped working or the satellite TV lost signal. I have the experience and background to troubleshoot operating problems and coach issues-both on the conversion side and on the chassis side. No problem is too big or too small. My goal is to keep your motorhoming experience enjoyable.
